巧合還是烏龍：Quark的新logo

老字號的桌面排版軟體Quark，在9/9的新聞稿中，發佈了他們的新logo，如下圖一；圖二則是舊版logo。

兩者相比，改版後的logo確實modern不少，對Quark公司形象的提升，應能有所助益。那麼，問題出在哪裡呢？

問題出在這個logo對於Quark公司來說或許很新，不過對於Scottish Arts Council卻一點也不會陌生。下面這張圖是他們的logo：

到底是巧合還是烏龍呢？Quark公司的回應說：「我們也很驚訝兩個logo在某些地方看起來很像。這些相似之處是偶然的。」

心得：

對某些人來說，這個事件是明顯的抄襲，更勝於偶然的巧合或擺烏龍。然而Scottish Arts Council至今未表示任何意見。
Scottish Arts Council是一個英國的非部會公共機關（non-departmental public body, NDPB），目的在贊助、培育與宣揚蘇格蘭藝術。有趣。
